2 LAN and 2 WAN in RB1200

My name is silver, i am IT for my enterprise.

I have two connection internet and two LAN in my office
LAN 1 : 192.168.120.0 WAN 1 : 195.24.200.181
LAN 2 : 192.168.123.0 WAN2 : 41.205.2.8

I want the LAN 1 go to WAN 1 and LAN 2 go to WAN2 I don’t want to
use mark connection (Firewall->Mangle) And I want to access in my
router by internet anywhere

Just set two src-nat rules one that matches LAN1 IP Range and src-nat to WAN1 IP, and then a second one for LAN2 and WAN2.

Also standard firewall rules for the networks and if you want to prevent LAN 1 & 2 communicating.

Remote access should be fine to either via winbox etc.
