2 lines to 1 internet connection

Hello,

I have 2 lines to 1 internet connection. One is Laserbit 100 mb FD and the second is Prosxim Tsunami. I need to make a backup for laser with tsunami. Is it possible with MK? I cant routing this lines, it must be 100% transparent. Bridged interfaces. If laserbit goes down, the tsunami must back up the internet connection at very long time. Can someone help me to configure MK? Need i 2 MK each side or i need just 1 MK?

Load Balance..Or If Primary Line goes down the Internet should work thru secondary line.
