2 MPLS tunnels on one AP/bridge

HI! I have configuration, like on attached picture, and I’m trying to do MPLS transparent bridge by tut. on mikrotik wiki. From point A to point B (ptp link), and from point B to point C and D (ptmp link). I established MPLS tunnel from point A to point B, but when i’m trying to establish new tunnel from point B to point C, the tunnel from A to B stops working. So what am I doing wrong?

Configuration:
A, C - RB433 with R52n
B - RB433AH with two R52n
D - RB411 with R52n
