I have a mikrotik 2.8 with two interfaces.

Interface1: 195.56.x.x/25
Interface2: 193.23.x.x/24

I have addresses behind the interface from 193.23.x.x/24 range

What routing should I set, to get it work. Now i use masquerading, but want to turn off, so the clients ip would be visible to the public net.

Nothing special. Just be sure that your upstream provider is routing 193.23.x.x/24 block to your router.
