I am new to wireless field and I face 3 scenarios 20 Km, 14 Km and 5 Km. so Can anyone mention hardware I need to make WISP in three areas I draw it in the attached PDF file below.
or just mention names of hardware and I will search for that to get more info then I will ask this great forum about configuration

This is what I would do:
At the Source of Internet (NOC):
RB493G to handle the routing.
RB711 with a 2’ dish pointed to Area 1
Area 1:
RB711 with 2’ dish pointed back to NOC.
Depending on the amount of customers, I would go with 3-4 Access points. RB711A’s work well for the AP.
RB711 in ARC IES 23 dBi enclosure pointing to Area 2
RB711 in ARC IES 23 dBi enclosure pointing to Area 3
Area 2:
RB711 in ARC IES 23dBi enclosure pointing to Area 1
Same Access point configuration as Area 1
Area 3:
RB711 in ARC IES 23dBi enclosure pointing to Area1
Same Access point configuration as Area 1.
Obviously at each Area (tower) I would install a router (RB493G or RB493AH) to keep bridging to a minimum.
