What device do I need? I have a Fiber modem so I need only UTP and Wireless.

For a home setup? Upcoming RB3011 will be ideal. RB2011UiAS-2HnD would be the minimum I’d get.
2011 is enough it’s wireless also is enough. Problem would be with cpu hungry operations like firewalling and queuing. But your speed is achievable with this device if there will not be any other special requirements.

The device is only for a few Wired connections and about 5 to 10 Wireless devices.

Yes , it will probably cope with 200Mbps, for sure if you use fasttrack (no firewalling = ideal situation for fasttrack) plus it has one of the better radios for 2.4GHz APs.

By performance are both devices the same. 2011 has better antennas. Both are enough for you. Wireless is question of your local situation mainly.
