2011 Unable to connect

New here and new to Routerboards & OS (so please excuse my stupidity).

After several failed attempts to configure a new Routerboard 2011L (for simple DSL in a domestic setup), I did a factory reset within the Winbox app.

Now I can’t connect by any method (Browser or Winbox), on any ports.
Suspect I have completely wiped the routerboard… but how do I connect again to re-configure ?

I have tried both reset buttons/solder pads, numerous times.
However, I just can’t connect.
In fact I can’t even detect any IP address on any ports to connect to.

Suspect, It’s not resetting properly.

Could anyone please help or is this now a RMA situation?

Please try to rapidly disconnect/connect the power jack a few times (3 times per 2 seconds or maybe faster). See if it boots then. If yes, this issue has been solved in the next RouterOS release, you can email support to get the upgrade.
