I run RB2011UAS-RM for more than year now and ports 9-10 dont work.
Port 10 shows link even when no cable is connected.
Port 9 dont show any link at all.
My reseller dont want to accept Warranty.
Is there any way how to solve this issue ?

Don’t know where are you from but in case the seller refuses the warranty, he normally has to proove that you have broken the device by your fault. Otherwise you have all the rights declared in the warranty and by local rules depending what is better for you.
I open the case for for plugging PSU cable. By that i break warranty (I sign special paper because i pay for extended warranty). So they can legaly refuse accept my warranty (My bad that i dont read it carefully).
Any Idea why only two ports dont work ?
Can “Reflow” help ?
