2011UiAS-2HnD-IN: constant signal drop outs

Hi,

I observe very poor performance with 2011UAS-2HnD-IN: signal level is usually high, but it drops randomly several times a minute, then in a second or two returns to the normal values. During the signal drop I see packet loss or long delays.
What is the possible reason and how I can fix the issue?

Signal & SNR graphs attached. RouterOS 6.9

I have the same problem with 2011UAS-2HnD-IN. i do not buy them anymore

This is my wireless config, I have no problem at all, for months.
wlan1 are for the Office Rooms,
VirtualAP 1 & 2 are for Laboratory: VAP1 for the old devices with not recognize wpa2, VAP2 for the devices which can recognize only WPA2-AES like Windows 8 & 8.1.

This is the export

/interface wireless security-profiles
add authentication-types=wpa-psk,wpa2-psk group-ciphers=tkip,aes-ccm group-key-update=4m mode=dynamic-keys name=Office supplicant-identity=MikroTik unicast-ciphers=tkip,aes-ccm wpa-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxx.0 wpa2-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxx.0
add authentication-types=wpa-psk group-ciphers=tkip mode=dynamic-keys name="Lab TKIP" supplicant-identity=MikroTik unicast-ciphers=tkip wpa-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxxxxxx00 wpa2-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxxxxxx00
add authentication-types=wpa2-psk mode=dynamic-keys name="Lab AES" supplicant-identity=MikroTik wpa-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxxxxxx00 wpa2-pre-shared-key=Xxxxxxxxxxx00
/interface wireless
set [ find default-name=wlan1 ] band=2ghz-b/g wireless-protocol=802.11 bridge-mode=disabled comment=Office country=italy disabled=no max-station-count=14 mode=ap-bridge radio-name="Office" security-profile=Office ssid=AP-OFFICE

This setting are not exported because I leave it with default value:

adaptive-noise-immunity=none
antenna-gain=0
channel-width=20mhz
compression=no
distance=dynamic
frequency-mode=manual-txpower
hw-protection-mode=none
hw-retries=7
preamble-mode=both
rate-selection=advanced
rate-set=default
scan-list=default
tx-power-mode=default
wds-mode=disabled
wmm-support=disabled

Notice: I masquerade letters with x, capitals with X and numbers with 0.

Remember to use all capitals letters and no space or “_” or other, use only A-Z 0-9 and “-” characters for ssid.

Why? Some Apple toys and some other devices, do not work if on the ssid are small letters or other symbols than “-”.
This problem are also tested on TP-Link, Netgear, D-Link, Ubiquity, etc.

On Mac Book Pro booted with Snow Leopard or Lion, do this problem, but booted with windows 8.1 never have one single problem on wifi (but not work some others computer parts… but this is OT…)

If you want use other device than MikroTik to connect to AP, set this value:

/interface wireless
set [ find default-name=wlan1 ] adaptive-noise-immunity=none frequency-mode=manual-txpower preamble-mode=both rate-set=default wds-default-bridge=none

I don’t have any tipe of alarm in my house. And i live in a country house without noise (i the only WiFi in a few blocks)
