I’ve two RB532s in a remote location where the only power is by battery and solar power.
I have two 12v 125A/hr batteries so I can either deliver 12v to the RB532s or 24v, except that when the batteries are fully charged it’s 2 x 13.5v but early morning in mid-winter after a spell of bad weather it could be down to 25v or even less.
Jumper settings on the 532 are 6 - 22v and 25 - 56v. How sensitive are these, ie is it better to stick to 12v or preferable to combine the batteries to deliver 24 -26v, and in the latter case do I use the 6 -22v jumper setting or the 25 - 56v setting?
