well i guess the mountains in larnaca … the link distance is about 255 km ? so how can i establish it ? nd i need a big performance to transfer data how mmuch data can i transfer ?!
Do a search in the fourm there are some that are doing 300 Km Links and they have all the info and data throughput etc etc just do a search and look for something like 300 KM link or something like that. you will most probably end up using 2W amps on both sides.
you need nstreme2 + prism based radios to use with amps
2w amps on 5.8 i cannot find it in lebanon :S
how much throughput you need for the link ?
wht is the maximum that i can get ? minimum is 20 mb
you can do 20 with 5.8. and possible with 2.4 in turbo. 900mhz ehhh probibly to 20 m bit… not sure havent really done this setup before.. -Jordan
well i’d rather to use 5.8 bcause on 24 i will see many interfearance i can make mikrotik work on 4.9 i might use it i don’t know .. i have 32 dbi 1.2m solid antennas so well see i want to transfer 20 mbps minimum !
because i need 100 mbps here so i will make 4 links if it is 20 mbps

I dont live in Jordan or near the Jordan River thats just my name :-p However you should google these antenna’s you are looking for in your location see what you can come up with. If you cant get it where you are see about shipping from the USA. Good luck -Jordan
