25Km distance, devices to get 100+Mbps PTP link?

I`m working on ptp link, distance ~25Km and I need very stable 100+ Mbit speed, what you can recommend of mikrotik devices?
Look like ubiquiti have some good devices for this link but price is very high, maybe mikrotik have similar option at better price or better to stay with ubiquiti?

Go with AF5X- HD, Mikrotik doesn’t have any in this class
