25min internet works then page cannot be displayed

Hi all,

I have my mikrotik setup, but one client is experiencing problems.

He can connect and browse, download etc, but after a random period of time, seems to drop all packets from that particular client.

we are using pppoe with usermanager ROS 2.9.51

no problems with any other clients.

Maximum uptime the client can get is approx. 25 min

Looking through the logs might offer some clues.

there is nothing in the logs that indicate there is anything wrong. Except when the customer disconnects from pppoe session. but that is only appearing when customer disconnects and reconnects to get pages to display again.
