Looked around quite a bit, couldn’t find the answer.

Is POE passthrough? Current limited per port?

I am mostly looking at these for remote solar sites with a few pieces of gear that need POE. Does it “just work” out of the box? I don’t need any of the management features - I just need it to work as an unmanaged switch without needing to spend hours setting it up.

RB260GS does not support POE-out, it can be powered through POE-in on ether1 port.
