2connections, one only for download?

Hello:
I’ve 2 internet connections, one Cable (4Mbps/512Kbps) and another ADSL (1Mbps/512Kbps, but with dynamic IP).
Can I do these configuration
-use 512K/512K of the cable for Server1
-use the ADSL for NAT and add only the download speed (3.5Mbps) of the Cable, not using the cable upload?

Thanks

what do you mean by “download”? all internet traffic is “download”

Resize a connection (4096/512Kbps) to a 512Kbps/512Kbps for a server in the network, and use the residuary (download speed) to add this bandwidth to the ADSL connection??
Is more clear my question??

Best regards

also , tcp connections are bidirectional, so there is actually no other way how to make link download only, unless you use bonding or nstream2

Can I use bonding to “bond” two internet connections?
Thanks

no, you need to have a mikrotik router on the other end too to use bonding

OK, thanks.
Another question, what type of load balancing is better for my network, because before I’ve a Hotbrick Router loadbalacing, but I’ve a lot of problems with downloading, Messenger disconnections and problems like these.

Best regards
