2x rb133c lost ethernet after upgrade to ros 3.x

I´ve tried to upgrade two rb133c units, one wirelessly, one by ehternet to ros3.x (one to 3.0, the other to 3.2)
Both fail to communicate by ethernet after that.

Made nul-modem connection to re-install by netinstall. Both units powered by POE
Have now two problems:

  1. One unit can boot from bootserver but cannot upload packages ¨FATAL ERROR: bad network connection¨
Since the ¨Install¨ procedure in netinstall formats the nand this unit can now only boot from netserver but can´t run from nand because upload is not possible

  2. Other unit could boot from bootserver once, then uploaded routeros 2.9.49 which was also not possible, same FATAL error. But now this unit will not even boot up anymore! Not over ethernet, not from nand! While the nand was formatted the first initial attempt.

Any suggestions?

Have done another 66 rb133c’s serverl rb532A’s and two rb333’s withoud problems.
Network connection to the rb133c is ok, hardware (calbes etc) is all fine and double checked for functionality.
