on this setting after upgrade to 3.14 i have 5MHz step between channels but should be 20MHz

Yes, it is new feature. Center frequency selection step is 5MHz now, not 20MHz as it was before.

the problem is that with radar dedection there are also channesl choosen that the clients can’t connect because they cant change thair channels in 5mhz steps !!!
Yes, default scan-list is used, where step is 20 MHz. DFS takes frequencies from scan-list.
5MHz scan-list would add delays to wireless operation, but you can modify scan-list manually and add frequencies with 5MHz step.
but also when i use 20mhz mode 5 mhz channels ar taken !!
if so - you loose connection !
i have problems too. when i set 5550Mhz the station did not connect (3.14) until in Scan List was aded 5550. Thats not good.
Inox, it means that 5500 frequency is not included in your regulatory-domain.
So I have to remember all the frecv. before I change the channel
