3.9 Installation Error on 532A

I noticed this in the log:

System Error
Installation of routeros-mipsle-3.9 failed: could not create dev/l2tp: Cannot allocate memory

But is says its running ROS 3.9

This in addition to not being able to ssh or telnet or open new terminal session in winbox (winbox works)

Ack!! I guess 3.9 is still blown up.

apparently a file was corrupted, try to reinstall. I haven’t seen this anywhere else.
