300 mbps PTP link

Hello folks,

Just wanted to get your opinion and help on a project that I am doing. I am trying to get a 300 mbps link with a range of about a mile.

This is the hardware that I got

2x Routerboard 411ah
2x MikroTik R52nM miniPCI
2x Poynting 19 dbi antenna http://www.titanwirelessonline.com/Poynting-5-8GHz-19db-iPoynt-Dual-p/at-19ae-58d.htm

i believe i got the right hardware and I am new to the routeros i was wondering is there any special configuration that needs to be done to achieve this speed?

It will have too low fade margin with 19dBi antennas. Take a look at specs http://i.mt.lv/routerboard/files/R52n-M.pdf
R52n-M has only 13dBm output power at max. modulation.
For that range you should chose higher gain antennas… 23dBi at both ends is a minimum IMO.
