3Com FastEtherLink driver

I am trying to install a 3Com 3c905C ethernet card. RouterOS is not detecting it. I see that I have a link like and the traffic light also occasionally blinks. I have tried to manually add it, but the 3Com FastEtherLink driver does not show up in my list of available drivers. This is what I see:

Name of driver to load.
     3c509  3com 3c509 ISA
     lance  AMD Lance ISA
  ne2k-isa  ISA NE2000

Why aren’t all of the suporrted drivers listed here? I have read the driver documentation many times and don’t see how I am supposed to get this driver to show up. According to the docs this card should be supported. Any ideas?

Are you using the 905 or 509 ? They are totally different. I’ve successfully used the 3c905 cards in many MT routers with no problems.

I have verified that the card works. Any suggestions on how to make the other drivers show up in my list?
