3G connection disconnects every 1 minute with GPS package enabled

I have a Mikrotik RB951ui-2hnd with a Huawei E173 modem connected to the USB port.
The problem is that if I install and enable the GPS package the 3G connection is disconnected every 1 minute, instead if i disabled the GPS package the 3G connection stay up without problem. I tried with RouterOS version 6.37.5 and 6.38.5 and the issue is the same

How can I fix this issue? I need to have a stabel 3G connection with GPS package installed and enabled because i have to send the GPS coordinate to an external site

Only to add more informations: I noted that, when the 3G connection is disconnected, the usb port under /system port is red
