3G doesn't connect after restart

Hi There

I have a problem with a Rb411UAHR with a 3G.I have setup watchdog to check if the router ping http://www.google.com every 5 min.If the router restart either the 3G modem connect or not.It looks like its losing the usb port then I have to go and manually setup the port again.I’m running routerOS 5.7 and 3G modem U220 Hawei. Is the a better way to setup the router to check for internet connect and if there is not internet to reset/reboot everything and connect the 3G again.

Please need urgent solutions

Restarting the router does not reset the modem (the modem stays powered-on during reboot). You have to power-cycle to reset the modem.

How will I do a power-cycle???
