3G mini-PCI-e modems - where to buy (Europe)

Hi all!

Anybody knows where to buy any 3G mini-PCI-e modem (supported by RouterOS) in Europe?
I am looking for Novatel EV620, but the only place to buy is Ebay. Is there any other place?
