4 connection ISP with same Default gateway and same netmask

I’m new user of forum and mikrotik RB
my question is:
It’s possible this configuration

internet provaider nat adress 1 10.0.0.2/24 DG 10.0.0.1 eth1
internet provaider nat adress 1 10.0.0.3/24 DG 10.0.0.1 eth2
internet provaider nat adress 1 10.0.0.3/24 DG 10.0.0.1 eth3
internet provaider nat adress 1 10.0.0.4/24 DG 10.0.0.1 eth4

internal lan NAT masquerade

lan 01 192.1658.10.0/28 eth 5
lan 01 192.1658.10.16/28 eth 6
lan 01 192.1658.10.32/28 eth 7
lan 01 192.1658.10.48/28 eth 8

I want use for subnet internal 01 gateway 01
subnet internal 02 gateway 02
subnet internal 03 gateway 03
subnet internal 04 gateway 04

because i have low bandwith for single cvonnection on eth 1 to eth 4
i have tr5ied with nat masquerade for internal adress and prerouting mark
but with same DF gateway don’t work
please hel me

SETUP 4 MT as first router and get different gateway

Then use 5th MT to route it

hehe

And this would be the only solution right now (i.e. to use a separate router for every uplink), as mikrotik (still) cannot interface-based routing.

Ok for yours advice, but i can’t place on my site’s customer 5 RB only for the simple use of 4 pubblic ip .
Already have place modem + switch + RB for this case.

The internal’s routing RB problem is solved when I don’t use all pubblic ip for nat 1:1 but reserve one to MKT,
but in this mode I lose the possibility of nat 1:1 x 4. Some one know the correct nat config for resolve this problem ?
or isn’t possible with only 1 RB
