4 km link with r52n

Hello
I want to connect rb 411 + r52n to rb433 + r52n but its impossible.
I dont know why, when i am scanning it cannot catch any network but on that plcae 2.4 ghz works perfect senao ecb 3220 + 14 patch antenna on both side.

When i going to scan using r52n voltage drops down to 8.7, is it card problem or its board problem.

It’s PSU problem. Use 18V DC or 24V DC switching PSU

but it is rb433 and on this board xr5 + r52h works perfect
