Hi there. Can’t get 40MHz channel width working with hAP Mini (RB-9312nd).
However, on my other flat with other router (which is also hAP Mini), 40MHz was working.
Wireless config and status (Winbox screenshots) are in attached files.
RouterOS v 6.44.3.
Any suggestions?

Try to set country, if it does not happen to your country try Turkey
No effect, unfortunately.
If you’re referring to the third screenshot (list of connected clients) when you figure out that 40MHz channel doesn’t work … those numbers (Rx rate and Tx rate) change with time, depending on client usage … and can be very different for different clients connected at the same time. In addition to that, some clients don’t support 40MHz channels.
So when you’re comparing performance of one hAP mini to another one, you should use same client device in equally good signal level and with client doing (full) speed transfer …
Your client wireless card may not be configured correctly to use 40MHz channel ?! Sometimes signal noise is the cause of the inability to use a wider frequency length !
