in have one 411 routerBoard and it is boot perfectly but his Eth.porart not working… there is no Eth LED on..whats problem in router board i resate also…whats problem in Hardware…???

Try to login via Hyperterm, and reset system config.
/system reset-configuration

i chaque that all…Eth.1 is Enable and there is no problem in cable(i changed it) and also factory reset too… but problme is not
solved…
