411 won't recognize radio

We have a 411 board, with 3.1 routeros and a ubiquiti XR2 radio, that used to work fine!
the routeros wont recognize the radio anymore, so we change it for different ones ( another XR"¿2 and a 52nh)
and still wont recognize it
in the wireless tables, there is name for the interface, but no MAC address

Is The board firmware corrupt?
Can i do something, or simply change the 411?

It might have something wrong with the slot. I’ve run into this on a few rare occasions with the older 532 boards.
