i have 5 411 ah that have same problem.
when open router os via winbox for firest time i dont have any problem and i can add ip address to them
after reboot router the router reboot but i cant ping it again or i can open it via winbox putty and …and when i diconnect lan cable from port led is on too.
after net install i have this problem again.
what should i do ?

Looks like address/routes misconfuguration. Remove the configuration and set it again from scratch. Then paste export here…

after reset Some times connect with 10Mb some times 100Mb too
