Hi. I have an issue using RB411U with a Sierra Wireless MC8795V miniPCI-E card. Basically the card will not connect, and when I open the ppp-out client interface and click on info, the signal strength and carrier information fails and returns ERROR.
BUT, when i put the same Sierra card and same settings and same SIM in a RB411UAHR then everything works perfectly and the connection is made fine.
So it seems that it is just an issue with that particular card in the 411U.
I have tried multiple 411U boards, multiple MC8795V cards, and two SIMs with different carriers (Telstra and Vodafone). I have also tried ROS 5.25 and 6.2. In all cases the outcome is the same - everything works perfectly in the RB/411UAHR but fails in the 411U.
Any ideas or suggestions? I have 10x 411Us that i need to get out ASAP.
