I purchased 3 411uahl boards. All the boards have a slight clicking sound when operating. Sounds like it is coming from the middle of board. I have tried POE and power header. Also tried 3 different power supplies; the boards all still click. Is this normal? Do I need to be concerned?
Also on another note, I noticed that they ethernet connectors are plastic on this board. Is there still a bonding inside the connector from board to shielded ethernet cable? If not, then this could be a problem during storms.

plastic port also has grounding pins, just inside the connector.
Janisk, thanks for the info on the ethernet port. As for the sound; it is very slight. But should I be hearing this light clicking sound coming from the board? Like I said, it was coming from all 3 board that I purchased. Configuration was reset and firmware and software was to current version (5.18 at time); no cards in it.
The sound is fixed in v5.19, it was a bug that caused beeper to make clicks

I’m using a RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN with routerOS version 6.18
After enableing silent boot the clicking sound begon, when i disabled silent boot it went back to normal.
