We have been using the same combination of RB133/xr2 cards for a long time with good success. Recently we had to move to the 433/sr2 combination because of the rb change and xr2 supply problems. Now, we are having problems with the wlan inteface disappearing. Reboot sometimes it comes back, sometimes not. We are using the Antenna B MMCX port. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check that wireless card is not being touched by any metallic part [pigtail, box, etc.].
I’m not sure what version of the OS you are using but v3.10 works great for me and v3.11 blewup. Go figure.
But I use XR2s on all my AP’s and I used the first RB433 two weeks ago and it works great - fast as hell. But not with v3.11 - use v3.10.

After a few days of testing, we have found that the SR2 card disappearing from the interface list all together is happening infrequently. What is happening consitetly is the card is up for a few minutes and then goes dark. You can’t see it in AP mode, if you scan with it, it sees nothing. Reboot, does the exact same thing. I located some XR2 cards and replaced them in the same setup and everything works perfect, same with cm9 and r52h cards. I have rotated through several XR2 cards. It appears the problem is specfic to the SR2 cards. We have checked power and shorting issues, antenna port, etc and have found nothing. Any suggetions would be appreciated.
Are they getting the power they need?
What type of POE are you using?
I’ve been told to use a bigger power supply on these boards if you are using xr/sr cards.
