433AH vs ....

Hello

Our current 433AH with the current firewall rules (no L7) is around 70% to 90% usage with 40k connections the problem is that if I activate just a few queue rules the router goes 99%-100% and start dropping packets. We have setup an old (reliable server) and was wondering if this is more powerful than the 433AH

SuperMicro board socket 775, with cpu Pentium 4 530 3.0 Ghz presscott 1 MB cache HT support, 1 GB ram and a pciE Intel PRO server card with 2 extra GigabitEthernet, we are using a CF to ide setup for the mikrotik OS running v5.20, it detects all 4 ethernet cards and 2 cpu detected (I guess from the HT because this is a single core cpu), it have been on for 5 days but with no traffic just sitting there.

What do you guys think should I replace the 433AH???, its just a temporary thing I am also waiting for Cloud router.

P4 prescott is pretty old CPU. However CCR (cloud core router) will beat it hands down. (when available)
