Each has its own set of solutions.
He only asked if could be problems and I said yes but problems ca be no matter what cards he use. I had problems with only 2 cards but it depends. Testing is the only way.

as you noted yourself - using r52nM would be a solution for temperature and physical contact problem.
for RF you have to see how your intended configuration works and configure them. It is possible to get it working .
In that case a simple “yes” wasn’t much help.
FWIW, I have had no problems with three CM9s at 2.4GHz on a 433, or three r52nMs at 5GHz on a 435. Once you have the r52Hns set up (remember to connect antennas before powering up!), check the noise floor on each, and see if turning down the Tx power on the others improves it.
I will try to use this RouterBoard r52nM (i will connect the cables before powering up!)

I have an equal situation. Do I need to connect an antenna at both MMCX connectors in R52hn? So I need of six antennas, or can I connect only one antenna for each R52hn?
For wifi N is mandatory 2 antennas for each R52hn. Is it true?

Well, the problem is the routerboard itself. Those three minipci slots are way to close to each other, it’s a design flaw - nothing more.
You just can’t stack wlan cards one after another with 2-3mm gap - this is just against common sense.
Every routerboard model since RB532 with multiple minipci slots has the same problem.
RB600/800 has a little better solution but it still could be much better.
Because of that, I often see dangerously high signal level between wlan cards on the same routerboard (something like -15 to -20dBm) - all you can
do is to lower output power off all cards to somehow manage interference and it is just plain stupid and pointless - it’s much better not to have this problem in the first place.
Mikrotik guys, sorry but that’s the way it is.
So, what is the solution? Simply make bigger distance between minipci slots. Obviously, it’s not practical to stack them vertically so disperse them on the both side of the routerboard if needed.
You should really consult an experienced RF engineer about this issue.
(FYI - I’m managing a few thousands of rb’s with 2-3 wlan cards (on average) on them so I know what I’m talking about).

if you check on routerboard.com RB433UAH gives 14W to extension cards, while R52Hn card uses 7W each. However you can squeeze a bit more, but i really doubt that you could power all 3 cards at full TX power.
however, if you reduce TX power to some smaller value, you could get within power budget that is provided by the router. And as other forum members say - it would have good impact on isolation of the wifi modules.
If you want to run 3 cards at full power then you have to look at RB435G that is capable of delivering up to 40W if required.
Each chain that you enable on the radio needs an antenna. For best performance, you would enable both chains, but you can enable only one and connect just one antenna. (Be sure to put it on the connector that you enabled.)
When space is a concern, you can use dual-polarity antennas (two connectors). We have had good results with the Itelite brand.
Along similar lines… does anyone have actual power consumption figures for the XR2? They publish max current consumption of 1.4A x 3.3V(DC), which suggests a max 4.6W, but I need to know how much confidence to put in this figure, before I try to put three of them in a 433 (which is powered via a 750UP).
proper testing is required to say what is this card capable of.
If you have one on hands, you can use multimeter to pass traffic through it (10A chain) to measure usage, use router without card, then configure it as AP, lock down to 6mbps rate g (usually max output tx) and set router to transmit UDP b-test. you will get real maximal output in home setup.
