450g custumers getting slow internet

Hello Every body

I am using 450 G v4.11 with queues .Some times in lan xome body they cant access internet and the some body access slow internet . The bandwidth i have 8 mb But the usage is 4 mb not full but clients connection getting slow .Pls give solution

I’ve got 4.16 on mine and don’t have a problem - I can max out my 50 Mb/s link no problem at all.
