450G null Mac Addr, null IP addr, can't access

I have a new 450G with RouterOS 5.22 and I cannot access it with Winbox. Winbox reports a mac address of 00:00:00:00:00:00 and IP address of 0.0.0.0

Pressed the reset button on pwr up, but no joy. Tried default IP 192.168.88.1 with no success.

Connected Serial console, Reports RouterBOOT booter 2.41 and with reset button pressed at power on reports RouterBOOT backup booter 2.41

Any help appreciated.
