450G port ethernet 4 no led no link

im having a problem with my 3 days new mikrotik 450G. ethernet port 4 no action when i’m plugin the network to laptop. this is hardware issue or something configuration ? here i give my configuration port.

edit : i just reset to factory. but still the same no light on port 4, any suggest or something that can be done ? thanks :slight_smile:

Does your laptop establish a link on another port?
This isn’t clear from your description, sorry.

My laptop also don’t have any light at all when i connected to the port 4. T.T

I have seen an RB450G with a single bad port.

I didn’t need all 5, so I used it anyway.

In my case it was port 3.

Your laptop works fine on the other 4 ports?

other ports are working fine, anyway… they replace me with a new one.. coz i need to use all those port :slight_smile:.Did you request for replacement ?

I did not. I needed to do the install and could not wait for a spare.

Also, if I went through RMA, it would take forever…
