493G vs 2011 Ethernet connected but no traffic

Hello,

I’m interested if any of you met with the following: RB493G’s eth just stopped communication (gigabit connection with PoE). It’s connected to a RB2011. Both sides UP. If i set both side no-auto, with same gigE settings - no connection. revert back to auto - no data.
Rebooting the 493G - data flows via eth.

It’s an uplink for two remote sites (what’s in a ring, so i even can ping the uplink, in case of no eth link).
I’m interested if there is any other option to solve this, than write a script, what checks the in/out counters for a while (like 5sec) and if so no change on any direction do a reboot?

493G was running with 5.18, now upgraded to 5.24 - fingers crossed.

on 493G side: TX ~680M RX ~3Gig
uptime 40min

both boards says tx, both receives 0 on this interface.

ps: today we configured the second wireless card (and started to use). before this, the board run for a day without lockup.

lock’d up again after a working day. restarting solved, so it’s scripted as a workaround.
