4G/LTE SIM card

Hy all,
I have CC1009-7G-1C-1S+ and i see that there is port miniSIM.
Can i put my SIM card there and configure wan over SIM or i need USB for connecting 4G?

You would need USB for this.
The smartCard slot is for certificates only.
