4G modem on RB2011U doesn't get a port

I have a 4G Aircard 770s. I don’t see it on the officially supported list, but I see others getting other cards working so I’m hoping I’m just doing something wrong. I really only use the web interface mainly, so if things can be explained in ways that work through the web interface, that would be awesome… :slight_smile:

So it I go to system, resources, usb, I see the device connected. But it says 0 for the ports. I don’t see a way to assign a port. If it doesn’t get a port automatically, am I out of luck? Thanks for any help you can give!

You should check in “Interfaces” part, and see if lte or some other interface is created.. Then you must configure your RB2011 to work with 4G modem you have.
