I just installed 5.0rc7 on a RB750 and i cannot ping the router and the Ethernet lights flash twice every minute or so.. I’ve double checked and I downloaded the correct version for the rb750. is there any way to recover from this?
Well All is better.. I had to press the hidden button.. and lost my config.. but the router is not bricket
which version did you have before this? how did you upgrade, with FTP+Reboot ?
old version: 4.16
Upgraded by dragging the update files into winbox/files and clicking on reboot after they all had transfered.
I let it reboot over and over for about an hour.. then tried power cycle.. then held down the magic button and powered on. then it booted and was running the 5.0rc7 version.
