5.2 vs 5.8 (in U.S.A)

I have not yet purchased Mikrotik, but was discussing it with another person from the company. They want some confirmation that Mikrotik can easily switch between 5.2 and 5.8. Other equipment we have will not permit this (due to DFS regs and equipment capability). Can someone confirm that Mikrotik is flexible and the entire 5.x range is available?

Also, does it permit channel shifting (e.g. offset from standard wifi channel by 5 mhz)?

Yes, assuming you have a radio that is capable of the entire band.

Mikrotik is not FCC certified for 5.2-5.7.

We can use 5.745-5.825.
