5.20 In SQ I cant write target network: 10.10.2.129/28

5.20 In SQ I cant write target network: 10.10.2.129/2.
10.10.2.0/24 is possible - Ros propably knows only networks that has fourth number ZERO.
Why is this possible???

EDIT: not /20 but /28

whatmask 10.10.2.129/20

------------------------------------------------
           TCP/IP NETWORK INFORMATION
------------------------------------------------
IP Entered = ..................: 10.10.2.129
CIDR = ........................: /20
Netmask = .....................: 255.255.240.0
Netmask (hex) = ...............: 0xfffff000
Wildcard Bits = ...............: 0.0.15.255
------------------------------------------------
Network Address = .............: 10.10.0.0
Broadcast Address = ...........: 10.10.15.255
Usable IP Addresses = .........: 4,094
First Usable IP Address = .....: 10.10.0.1
