5.21 failed DHCP

After 6 days of running 5.21 after running 5.20 for months something very odd happened. DHCP stopped working. RB450G

reboot did not help. Same config I always run.

I upgraded to 5.21 from 5.20 by dragging over the file in winbox, not a clean netinstall install

I netinstalled 5.20 and all is now well..

can you add any more details about this?
how large is the pool, how many clients etc.
