What do I need to set the power to on the XR5 to stay within the 1W power regulation in Canada w/ DFS?? According to documents I have found my tranmitter is not allowed to produce more than 250mW?? Anyone runnig 5.4 on MT in Canada??

XR5 = 600mwatt = 0.6 watt
ie you have to use a very tiny antenna 
So rather use a larger antenna = higher db and a less powerful radio like RB52 which actually works much better (more stable) than XR5, even with lower signals.
