5 GHz SSID not shown after CAPsMan is enabled

I have something strange that need help and advice.

I have a X86 routerOS as main router and have two hAP ac to use as access point. CAPsMan is set up to control the two APs for dual band coverage. While the 2.4 GHz is working fine, I have problem in 5GHz as the SSID associated with it never showed up for wireless clients (iPhone, iPad). I have looked for solutions in the forum but without success. When I go back to AP, the message was the 5GHz SSID was controlled by CAPsMan. Seemed something I have missed or not configured

P.S. when i disable CAP in the AP and turn on the wifi, it showed up nicely and could be connected without problem. I am using an international version of hAP ac with country set to hong_kong

Have you configured separate provisions for 2,4GHz and 5GHz?

Yes, I have provisioning rule for 4 radios

And each of 4 radios in fact gets the provision intended for it and is up and running as capsman interface?
That’s just the SSiD not showing on the devices, right?

Are channels and all other wireless settings configured the same way in capsman as when running as stand-alone AP’s?

Please make “/caps export hide-sensitive” on your capsman device and paste it here.

Seems it works now.

Thanks for the help

I have restored my old settings and add frequency, control channel width and extended channel. It now works and I enjoy the ac connection.

BTW, is there way to have the same SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G but clients select to connect at 5G first. My iPhone/iPad connects at 2.4G speed
