50 KM link with troughput up to 40 M

Hi,
If i have one link with 50 KM distance and heights about 70 M. which hardware would give me at least 25 MB/S.

i was thinking of the new routerboard 800 and 2 mini pci with 600mw or 1000 mw maybe?
so does the routerboard support two mini pci with 1 W?

if you have other suggestion I’d be grateful.

U can use XR5s with large antenas.
