Hi Guys
I have used UniFi in the past for mass WiFi connections in a signal room.
I used 6 x UniFi AC radios with average to poor performance with 200 users. A lot WiFi noise to deal with. The radios were located above in the roof space. I suspect that installing in the seating may preform better?
Has anyone successfully connected hundreds of users in one room?

Can you show network topology
do you use mikrotik? as hotspot gateway?
What does mean “room” ? 20 m x 20 m or 100 m x 100 m ?
Look for Rucus WiFi solutions …I know, I know…it is Mikrotik forum … they have AP with adaptive antenna arrays and transmit beamforming.
for that setup i do not recommend unifi, lack of fine tunning
with mikrotik you can but all its on the design.
its a high density design
