I am using um 5.18 for a long time and works file . But now i need to create user who will get 512kb speed upto 10 Gb and after 10Gb finished the user will get the speed of 256 kbps upto 20gb after this the plan will expire.
i need rule to fix this problem at um

Dear ,
this can be achieved by assigning multiple profile to the user. Userman will automatically assign the profile based on sequence /priority we will assign and it will deactivate the profile once it has been expired.

I have not found a way to restore a profile too a user, after a certain time limit. See: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/restart-reinitialize-reset-renew-refresh-a-users-profile/74030/1
