5G to Ethernet hardware for LTE backup

I need only a 5G to Ethernet router for an LTE backup. No WiFi prefered but could be tolerated. I think something like the wAP-R with my own miniPCI-e 5G card might work. But I would prefer Gigabit Ethernet. Any suggestions for hardware? Include suggestions for the miniPCI-e card as well if that’s required. How about the Quectel RM500Q-AE.or RN520N? Is it compatible with some mikrotik hardware? Thanks in advance.

After much searching I found a solution I will try. Since it isn’t mikrotik it’s not very high quality. Overheating issues etc plus of course no routerOS.. But it was very cheap and no WiFi like I wanted. It’s a “Waveshare 5G M.2 to Gigabit Ethernet Converter” with a “Quectel RM500U-CNV 5G” miniPCI-e. I will get it in a few days and report how it works.

Depending on how long you want to wait, there was an announcement at MWC of the LMP 5G
